At Sitabutr Bamrung School, we offer a fun and educational cooking activity for kindergarten students. This activity aims to promote creativity, teamwork, and basic cooking skills while introducing students to healthy eating habits. Through hands-on experiences, children learn to follow simple recipes, understand ingredients, and engage in a fun, interactive learning environment.

• Pre-Kindergarten : “Colorful Bua Loi” (Thai rice dumplings)
• Kindergarten 1 : “Sweetened Taro”
• Kindergarten 2 : “Steamed Pumpkin Cake”
• Kindergarten 3 : “Potato and Chicken Drumstick Soup”

In these cooking activities, children are encouraged to correctly identify ingredients, tools, and the steps involved in preparing each dish, appropriate for their age. They will also be able to describe the aroma and taste of the food by using their senses, ensuring an accurate understanding in line with their developmental stage.

Additionally, the activities connect with the children’s prior experiences, such as growing taro, pumpkins, and tomatoes, which they can incorporate into their cooking and dessert-making, further enhancing their learning through practical, hands-on experiences.
