Application Process

  • In-person Application: Submit your application along with the required documents, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Required Documents and Qualifications

  1. A copy of the student’s birth certificate

  2. A copy of the house registration of the student, father, and mother

  3. A copy of the national ID card of the student, father, and mother

  4. A school certificate (Form Por.Por.7) from the previous school or a complete academic transcript (Form Por.Por.1)

  5. Two front-facing photographs (size 1.5 inches)

    • Pre-Kindergarten: The student must reach the age of 2 years old.

    • Kindergarten 1: The student must reach the age of 3 years old (born before May 16, 2022).

    • Kindergarten 2 – 3: A Certificate of Student Status is required.
    • Primary Grade 1 – Secondary Grade 3: A Certificate of Student Status is required.
